General Terms and Conditions
All orders and redemptions are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. In the event an order or redemption is in question, we will send you an email requesting further correspondence. If we do not receive a reply within a 24-hour period, the order in question can be cancelled.
When you visit our website, place an order, redeem a gift certificate, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to enter into this agreement electronically covers current transactions only. Future correspondence relating to other matters (i.e. future orders, redemptions, customer service inquiries and marketing) will require additional consent.
Hours of Operations
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders are shipped within 48-hours from the date of purchase with the exception of all major holidays and weekends. Your order is complete when you receive your Order Confirmation Number.
Dog Paw Gift Cards Offices will be closed in honor of the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Payment Options and Billing Inquiries
All prices are in U.S. dollars. All purchases made on this site will appear as “Dog Paw GC” on your credit card statement. We accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eCHECKS, and PayPal. When we process credit card transactions, we use high security e-commerce technology to encrypt your personal information. In addition, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so that only we can read your personal information. It is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store.

An Order Confirmation Number is generated immediately following the completion of your order. The same Order Confirmation Number is emailed to the address you provided including all of the information you submitted with your order. If you believe you completed your order but did not receive an Order Confirmation Number, please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the email confirmation has been filtered. Otherwise, it is likely that your order was not submitted successfully.

All Purchases (online credit card transactions) made at Dog Paw Gift Cards are handled by PayPal and Google CheckOut, our third party payment processing providers. When Paypal or Google CheckOut billing form asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Secure Socket Layering (SSL) - that ensures safe transmission of your personal information.

The merchants available at Dog Paw Gift Cards are subject to change without notice. Dog Paw Gift Cards makes no guarantee that the merchants will remain the same or that a particular merchant will be available at all times. The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of the merchant whose gift card the customer redeems. Dog Paw Gift Cards is not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any merchant's gift card. Dog Paw Gift Cards is not responsible for merchants that are no longer in business or that change their location. Dog Paw Gift Cards may not be held responsible for the actions, product, or content of any merchant.
Dog Paw Gift Certificates
Dog Paw Gift Certificates are only redeemable online at www.DogPawGiftCards.com and cannot be redeemed in merchant stores, at merchant websites, or for cash.
Dog Paw Gift Cards cannot ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institution may cause delays.
Dog Paw Gift Cards is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchant gift cards and Dog Paw Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
Dog Paw Gift Cards will not replace any Dog Paw Gift Certificates or merchant gift cards that are lost or stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 14 days from date of purchase, Dog Paw Gift Cards may cancel and replace the order after further review and investigation.
Dog Paw Gift Cards is not responsible for merchandise that is undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 60 days have passed since the date of purchase.
Merchant gift cards all have unique terms and conditions that are stipulated by the merchant. Many merchant gift cards do not expire, but others may carry an expiration date of anywhere from 12 to 24 months from the date of issue. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the merchants specific terms and conditions regarding expiration.
