What if I do not use my gift card right

an expiration date of anywhere from 12 to 24 months from the date of issue. It is
the responsibility of the customer to find out the merchants specific terms and

merchants that go out of business or change their location. To help minimize this
risk, we seek out national brand name merchants and promptly remove a merchant if
it becomes evident that its financial condition harms the ability for customers
to redeem gift cards from that merchant.
What if my merchant gift card is either
lost or stolen? What are my options?

to submit payment for the difference at time of checkout. Your order is complete
when you receive an email with your Order Confirmation Number.

My gift was shipped by mail but it has
not arrived yet. What should I do?

Please allow 15 days for delivery from the date of purchase. For security reasons,
the gift cards are shipped in a plain white double-window envelope and do not list
Dog Paw Gift Cards or the merchant name in the return address. Please make sure
that this envelope has not been overlooked, and confirm the mailing address listed
on your order confirmation.
